KF 1000 collective filter

CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) atmospheric air filters for capturing dust, vapors, and gases are suitable for purifying air in CO shelters, but also for use in genetic research laboratories, RA filtration, biological filtration, and as analytical filters for measuring technology.

CBRN filters usually have two functional parts. Contaminated air is first passed through the filter section, where mechanical impurities and aerosols are captured. According to ČSN EN 1822-1, all filters are classified as filtration class U15, with a separation efficiency of 99.9995%. Passing through the sorption section, the air is freed of vapors and gases. The sorbent used in the filters absorbs aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, xylene, pyridine), esters and ketones (acetone, amyl acetate, butyl acetate), chlorinated hydrocarbons (ethyl chloride, chloroform, methyl chloride, trichloroethylene), alcohols (amyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, phenol). Filters can be modified to capture other pollutants on an individual basis.

Advantages

  • Atmospheric air filtration and adsorption of harmful gases and odors
  • High quality standards thanks to proven long-term production

The KF 1000 collective filter is suitable for use in stationary buildings. It can be used alone or in a set of two filters connected in parallel, both horizontally and vertically. The KF 1000 filter itself is supplied in a steel tubular frame, which facilitates handling and installation.
