Hengst Air Filtration Czech Republic presented solutions for indoor air quality and civil protection in Warsaw
The Warsaw HVAC Expo 2026 provided Hengst with an opportunity to showcase its technologies for indoor air quality, industrial filtration, and civil protection.
Warsaw HVAC Expo is one of the most significant industry events focused on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in Central and Eastern Europe. Held from February 24–26, the trade fair brought together HVAC technology manufacturers, designers, facility managers, developers, investors, and technical specialists from across Europe for the fourth time. According to the organizers, this year’s edition attracted 433 exhibitors and more than 21,000 visitors from 19 countries, who filled the 60,000 m² exhibition space.
“At Warsaw HVAC Expo, we didn’t just want to present our products, but above all to demonstrate how modern filtration today helps address growing demands for Indoor Air Quality, operational efficiency, and air safety in various types of environments,” added the company’s CEO, Vladimír Suchý.
Hengst presented its solutions here in collaboration with its local partner ARES ASPIDA, as well as at its own booth. The partner’s booth showcased filtration solutions designed for civil protection and environments with heightened safety and air quality requirements. The joint presentation allowed visitors to gain a deeper understanding of filtration concepts designed for demanding operating conditions while also boosting the visibility of Hengst technologies in the civil protection sector.
At its own booth, the company showcased a broad portfolio of air filters for indoor air quality, industrial applications, the aftermarket, and specialized operations. Visitors had the opportunity to learn about the technological principles behind each solution, the design features of the filters, and the materials used. The presentation also included expert consultations focused on filtration performance, operational efficiency, filter lifespan, and potential applications in various types of operations.
The Growing Importance of Indoor Air Quality in Modern Buildings
One of the topics discussed at this year’s event was the role of indoor air quality in modern buildings. In the field of HVAC technology, the focus is increasingly shifting not only to filtration performance itself, but also to long-term operational stability, energy efficiency, and the ability of systems to meet growing air quality requirements in industrial facilities, office buildings, and public institutions. Warsaw HVAC Expo thus provided a platform not only for product presentations but also for expert discussions on the future development of filtration technologies and market demands in Central and Eastern Europe.
An important part of the overall participation was also the opportunity to meet in person with partners and customers from the Polish market. Today, trade fairs remain an important venue for sharing experiences, establishing new technical contacts, and consulting on specific project requirements. For Hengst, participation in the Warsaw HVAC Expo was also an opportunity to further strengthen brand awareness in the region and deepen cooperation with local partners.
